How we work for you – so that you can sit back and relax
1. Agreed price and cleaning programme personalised to your needs.
Before we start each job you will be given a quote and an agreed start time. For larger or regular jobs we will prepare a personalised cleaning programme that suits your needs and budget. You will receive a written quote that will set out what is to be cleaned, what product we will use and when we will perform the cleaning. We can also provide details of our other extra services and a catalogue of consumable items (such as toilet paper and soaps) which we can supply to you at competitive prices.

Home cleaning is a very personal service so you can be assured of the best customer care possible. Whether you simply want to change the time of your clean; book a spring clean or you have an issue – your Customer Care Representative is just a call away. They’ll make sure the issue is resolved promptly.
In addition to our 24/7 customer care line we will provide you with a communications book as part of your welcome pack. The communications book enables you to tell us what we could do better; if you need something changed; if you want another service; or if you have a good idea.

All our cleaners undergo annual security screening including background criminal, traffic, immigration and credit checks to confirm that there are no problems that would affect their trustworthiness.
Each cleaner drives a well-presented, fully sign-written vehicle; wears our distinctive embroidered uniform; and will only give you documentation with our logo on it. If someone knocks at your door claiming to be from At Your Request, but doesn’t adhere to these strict presentation guidelines, refuse them entry and contact your Customer Care Representative straight away.
4. Training and experience
We operate a very hands on training programme for all our cleaners. Not only do they receive comprehensive training when they start with At Your Request but we continually assess the skills of each of our cleaners through supervision and onsite quality checks. Our training also extends to health & safety, communications and business management.
