1. Guarantee –We guarantee your weekly work for up to 10 years. This is not just a ‘best endeavour’ which others in the industry offer – we provide a true guarantee that goes the distance (conditions apply). Guaranteed work adds value to your business, and peace of mind to your life.  Adrian Kenny was one of the first to offer weekly work guarantee for this type of franchise, and he knows how to make it work for you. 

Simply put, we provide you with enough jobs so that you can earn the guarantee level of turnover.  If you loose a job through no fault of your own, your Regional Franchisee will provide you with more work.  Of course all this relies on you maintaining the premium level of service expected by At Your Request and our customers.

2. Territory –With our work guarantee you don’t need to worry about the size of your territory.  That said you would still work with your Regional Franchisee to develop the brand in your area and help you streamline your work flow and increase your efficiency.

3. Marketing & Quoting -Your time is not tied up with quoting. Your Regional Franchisee can do your quoting.  This not only saves you time and ultimately money (as it can cost you up to $200 a week to quote jobs yourself) but your Regional Franchisee also has more experience in providing accurate quotations and getting customers to sign up.
However, once you become more experienced and confident with what you are doing, you are welcome to quote your own work.

4. Flat fees –Each week you are charged a flat fee.  This is easy and makes managing finances simple.  Most importantly you are not penalised for earning more than your guarantee. There is no ‘referral lead fee’ or other unexpected fees which you can get with other franchise systems.

5. Training - Our training programme is very hands on and comprehensive.  Training is provided by your Regional Franchisee so you don’t have to travel and you get training specific to your local area and service.  You start with an initial course of training lasting up to 5 weeks depending on the service and region you purchase.  You’ll learn about work procedures, equipment maintenance, business management, computer skills, customer care, product training and essential ‘on the job’ skills.  Most of the training is provided on the job as it is our experience that you can not effectively learn in a classroom environment, from videos or a printed manual.  You will work with your Regional Franchisee and other experienced franchisees on jobs and your progress will be continually assessed. 

After your initial training, your Regional Franchisee will continue to work with you and assess your skills. You are encouraged to contact your Regional Franchisee if you have any questions.  At the end of the day we are providing a premium service to our customers and that can only be achieved with a high level of skill and commitment from the whole team.

6. Different income sources –Jobs you receive from your Regional Franchisee is just one way to earn income.  You can also generate income from:, sell-back work commission, personal work earnings, regional franchisee overloads and temporary franchisee look afters.

7. Technology -You have superior technology on your side. To make your work life easier and more efficient, we have invested significant amounts of money researching and developing our own software. Our software helps to make the most of your work time, to maximise your earnings.  From recording your customers to managing your jobs, invoicing your customers and overseeing your communications with your Regional Franchisee, all from one place.

8. Customer Care –You are not alone!  Your Regional Franchisee is always there to help you look after your customers.  They are experienced in handling customer complaints and other customer issues.  There are also systems such as the communications book and an 0800 customer call centre to help your Regional Franchisee manage your customers.  This is key to providing the premium service that our customers expect and pay for.

9. Quality equipment, products & suppliers -With decades of experience within the group we have come up with a selection of products, equipment, uniform and service providers that provide what is necessary for you to provide a premium service to the customers.  We spend money wisely, to protect your profitability when it comes to selecting products and negotiating deals.  For example, there are cheaper cleaning products available than those we supply but what we use will save you a significant amount of time on the job and provide a superior finish both increasing your profits. 

We work with leading suppliers and as one of the largest franchise groups in this industry we have been able to negotiate very good deals.
